How do I sign up?
To start your membership, you can either create an account first by clicking on the Sign Up Button, or visit our Shop and purchase an annual membership. This will create an account on our website.
When do I receive my card?
When you purchase a membership on our site, one of our team will be notified. We will print your card and send it via Royal Mail. you should receive it within 3 working days.
Where can I use my membership card?
You can use your card at any of the businesses listed on our site. Use the search tool, or browse through the listings page.
What discount do I get?
Discounts vary from each business, but it will be a minimum of 10%. Please check the Terms of Discount visible on their listing though, as the discount may apply to the card holder only, may be limited to a party size, or only available on certain days.
How much does membership cost?
Our membership costs £18.99 per year. This is less than 37p per week!
How long does my membership last?
Membership lasts for a whole year from the day of purchase and will automatically renew unless cancelled.
For Businesses.....
How do I add my business?
To add your business, please click on any of the Add your Business links found across our site. It will first create an account for yourself. It will then ask a few questions to gather the information we need. Once you have an account, you can sign in and make changes to your listing or add more listings if you run multiple premises.
What discount do I need to offer?
We ask all businesses to offer a minimum of 10% off their products, whether that’s food from your menu, entry fee to an attraction or a basket total in your clothing store.
Can I add terms and conditons to the discount?
We would encourage it! Please use this space to explain clearly any time restrictions, limits on numbers, etc. Try to make it clear to potential customers exactly what they will and will not receive their discount on.
How long will my listing last?
Your listing will remain on our site for as long as you leave it there. You can log in and make changes when needed to keep your listing up to date. We do however reserve the right to remove any listings that aren’t offering what they advertise.
How will you advertise my business?
First of all, your business will be listed on our site, somewhere we hope our members will visit regularly to see what offers are available in the area. We will also post about new listings on our social media pages. All of this is FREE apart form offering a discount to members.
